place was clean and luxury. the employees were thoughtful and outstandingly accommodating. the location offered was particularly good and excellent just next door to the casco viejo, a nightclub and bay. besides, it was 10 mins walk from playa el tuco. we found out great prices in the hotel.
There was no view which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

The location is awesome, just a few blocks from Casco Viejo. My room had air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. The bathroom was spacious with free toiletries. Breakfast included fresh pastries and amazing coffee. The rooftop bar views of the city are fine, especially at sunset. Friendly staff helped with everything I needed.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of casco viejo, with amazing dining options just steps away. There was a gentleman at the front desk who was helpful when i had an accident with my phone. He arranged a taxi for me to get a new one and even checked in on me afterward.

Family with children would enjoy,
The room was comfortable and had everything I needed it. The staff was polite and helpful. I loved the fusion of the colonial façade of the hotel with the industrial design inside and the interior garden.
It wasn't exactly a bargain though.

Enjoying the unique blend of colonial and industrial design was a highlight, complemented by the cozy atmosphere of the interior garden. The self-service coffee in the mornings was satisfying, and the nearby restaurant offered excellent food, including Neapolitan pizza. The rooftop bar was closed and my room felt a bit cramped . Still, the location allowed easy access to local attractions was great.
